Martha Smith Debusk

Marty’s finance practice involves representation of both large financial institutions and borrowers on commercial banking transactions, typically syndicated credit facilities involving multiple financial institutions. She has extensive experience with both unsecured, investment grade credits and with leveraged, non-investment grade credits. Her experience spans many different types of companies and assets, including upstream and midstream energy companies and oilfield services companies, as well as a diverse range of other commercial businesses, both public and private.
