Nathan Crow is an Associate in the Dallas office of Locke Lord LLP, an international law firm where he is a member of the firm’s corporate practice group and focuses his law practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. Nathan represents private and publicly-traded companies during various stages of the business life cycle, from founding, to early stage, to acquisitions and to exit. Nathan has experience representing clients across a broad array of industries, including manufacturing, technology, healthcare, oilfield services and hospitality. Nathan earned his law degree at the SMU Dedman School of Law and his M.B.A. at the SMU Cox School of Business, through the school’s dual J.D./M.B.A. program. Prior to attending SMU, Nathan lived in Washington, D.C. and served as Special Assistant to the Committee on Energy and Commerce in the U.S. House of Representatives. Nathan earned his B.A. in history from the New York University College of Arts and Science.
