Susan Britton practiced commercial and antitrust litigation with Dewey Ballantine and later joined Earthjustice, where she focused on federal Clean Air Act litigation until 2005. She now divides her time between her two sons and various community organizations in the Bay Area. Ms. Britton received her J.D. from Columbia Law School.
