Mr. Craig, a graduate of the Cranbrook School in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., and Brown University, received law degrees from Oxford University and the University of Michigan. He is the director of corporate development for the Penn Central Corporation in Greenwich, Conn. His father, Bruce Craig, is a retired auto dealer. Since 1989, Mr. Craig has been Chairman of Craig Capital Corporation. Mr. Craig serves on the board of Pure Romance, LLC and served on the boards of Alamac American Knits LLC (Co-Chairman), AFI Hydro Inc., CP Industries, Inc., CSG, Inc. (Chairman), Curtis Industries, Inc., FEI Products LLC (Co-Chairman), FEI Women's Health LLC (Co-Chairman), Gevity HR, Inc. (formerly Staff Leasing, Inc.) (Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer), Hale Indian River Groves, Inc. (Co-Chairman), NASCO, Inc., SCFI, Inc. (Chairman) and Schuylkill Metals Corporation. Mr. Craig was Chairman of Craig, Hochreiter & Co. Incorporated, President of Stanger, Craig & Associates, Inc. and a Vice President of Lazard Freres & Co. He was a member of the Young Presidents' Organization ("YPO"). Mr. Craig received a BA, MA and JD degree from Brown University, Cambridge University (Selwyn College) and the University of Michigan Law School, respectively.
