William Thomas Ratliff III

William T. Ratliff, III, also known as Will, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Triad Guaranty Inc. since January 2013 and also serves as its Chairman of the Board. Mr. Ratliff served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of New South Bancshares Inc. and its President since October 1994. Mr. Ratliff served as the Chairman at New South Federal Savings Bank, a subsidiary of New South Bancshares Inc. since 1985 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer and President since June 2009. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Triad Guaranty Inc. since July 18, 2008. Mr. Ratliff served as the President of Collateral Investment Corp., from 1990 to 2005 and President and was Individual General Partner of Collateral Mortgage Ltd. from 1987 to 1995. He served as Executive Vice President of Southwide Life Insurance Corp. from 1986 to 1993 and its President from March 1994 to December 1996. He joined Collateral in 1981. He has been the Chairman and Director of Triad Guaranty Inc., since 1993. He served as Chairman of the Board of Southland National Insurance Corp. He served as Chairman of Triad Guaranty Insurance Corporation, a subsidiary of Triad Guaranty Inc. from 1989 to 2005. He served as a Director of Triad Guaranty Insurance Corporation. He served as a Director of New South Bancshares Inc. since October 1994. He served as Director of New South Federal Savings Bank. He trained and worked as an Educator, Counselor and Organizational Consultant. Mr. Ratliff holds Doctoral degree with a study of Planning Processes in an insurance company.
