Michael M. Gaba, is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Holland & Knight and is the Regulatory leader of the firm’s national Health Law and Life Sciences Team, where he practices regulatory and legislative health care law. He counsels and represents medical device and biotech companies before the Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and the U.S. Congress on a range of issues related to Medicare Modernization Act (MMA) implementation, regulatory reform, product clearance, labeling, modifications, reclassifications, coverage, coding, reimbursement, and enforcement.
