Lesa France Kennedy, named “The Most Powerful Woman in Sports” by Forbes, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors for International Speedway Corporation (“ISC”), a motorsports entertainment company. She also serves as a Vice Chairperson of NASCAR. Kennedy's vision and business acumen have made her one of the most influential leaders in the motorsports industry. Joining the Company in 1983, Kennedy has been instrumental in the growth of ISC and the advancement of motorsports. Kennedy is a supporter of the Halifax Habitat for Humanity; the American Heart Association; the Victory Junction Gang; and, the Daytona Beach Museum of Arts and Sciences. She is a member of The NASCAR Foundation Board of Directors and the Moffitt Cancer Center Board of Advisors. Kennedy received a B.A. in economics and a B.A. in psychology from Duke University in 1983.
