Cynthia Deysher

Cynthia M. Deysher serves as the President of Deysher Advisory Services, a consultancy that assists startup companies. Ms. Deysher served as the Vice President for Operations and Chief Financial Officer of ArrowPoint Communications, Inc. since December 1997 and served as its Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer. From January 1994 to March 1997, Ms. Deysher served as Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration and as Chief Financial Officer of Shiva Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of hardware and software products. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Vice President for Finance, Administration and Manufacturing of Bytex Corporation. She has extensive IPO and M&A experience. She serves as a Director of BinOptics Corp. She serves as a Member of Advisory Board of BinOptics Corp. She serves as a Trustee at Bentley College. She served as Director of Empirix, Inc. She served as a Member of Advisory Board of PhyFlex Networks, Inc. (formerly Narad Networks, Inc.). She holds a Master's Degree in Finance from Bentley College and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from University of Rhode Island.
