Cynthia P. McCague has led the Human Resources function for The Coca-Cola Company since June 2004, and was elected as senior vice president in July, 2004. She initially joined the Company in 1982, and since then has worked across the Coca-Cola business system in a variety of Human Resources and business roles in Europe and the United States. From 1998 to 2004, she led the Human Resources function for Coca-Cola HBC, a publicly traded bottler, operating in 26 countries in Europe and Africa, with 38,000 employees. Prior to joining the Company, Cynthia spent seven years working in manufacturing and local government. Cynthia is a graduate of the University of Florida, having received a B.S. in Journalism and Communications. She has lived in six countries in North America, Latin America and Europe and has worked in more than 40 countries during her career. A native of the United States, Cynthia also holds a dual citizenship from the United Kingdom.
