Audrey Perry Martin is Of Counsel to Bell, McAndrews & Hiltachk, LLP. Her practice is focused on advising corporations, candidates, political action committees (PACs), political parties, major campaign donors and state and local ballot measure committees in the areas of political and election law. Ms. Martin has previously worked as Deputy General Counsel for Romney for President 2008, FEC Counsel for McCain-Palin, and Deputy Campaign Manager and General Counsel for Steve Poizner's 2010 California Gubernatorial race. Ms. Martin worked as Legal Counsel to the Committee on House Administration of the U.S. House of Representatives where she focused on issues such as HAVA implementation, election integrity, congressional ethics, and campaign finance. Ms. Perry also worked at the Federal Election Commission as a law clerk to Commissioner Michael E. Toner, and at the DC law firm, Caplin & Drysdale, where she focused exclusively on campaign finance, election law and lobbying issues. She received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a bachelor's degree in political science and journalism from Brigham Young University. She teaches Election Law at Brigham Young University Law School.
