Mark A New

Mark New founded New Real Estate Services in February of 1990 following eight years with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate in Portland. Mr. New has over 30 years of experience in the Portland commercial real estate market. Mr. New’s main responsibilities include the sale and leasing of commercial retail real estate and overseeing company operations. Mr. New is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), holds a Real Estate License in the states of Oregon and Washington, and is on the board of directors of X Team International. Mr. New currently serves on the board of MBank (Merchants Bancorp), Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East, Portland Mall Management, Inc., the Multnomah Athletic Foundation, and Friends of the Mounted Patrol.
