Kevin LaBorne

"Mr. LaBorne joined USDG in March 2011 and is responsible for developing new terminal opportunities as well as growing throughput and revenue at existing facilities. Mr. LaBorne has over 23 years of experience in the petroleum industry, joining the corporate sector after serving as an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. During his career, Mr. LaBorne worked in various supply, trading and logistics roles at Shell Oil, Koch Industries and GATX Terminals. At Shell, Mr. LaBorne had commercial responsibility for Shell’s West Coast terminal and pipeline assets, including one of the largest ethanol distribution hubs in North America. While at Koch, Mr. LaBorne traded heavy crude oil and also led an NGL profit center. During his tenure at GATX, Mr. LaBorne served as commercial manager at a major terminal complex where he led the development of a world-class oil import facility in the Port of Los Angeles. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, earning a bachelor of science degree in engineering management (mechanical). Mr. LaBorne also holds a master’s degree in business administration (finance) from the University of Southern California." LaBorne is USDG's representative in its proposal for use of the vacant Southport site in Philadelphia.
