Douglas A Schreiber

Douglas A. Schreiber is a Partner at Lee Equity Partners. Prior to joining Lee Equity in 2007, Mr. Schreiber was a Principal at Bain Capital. Mr. Schreiber was one of the founding members of Bain Capital Ventures, where he focused on growth-oriented investments in business services companies with a significant software and technology component. Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, Mr. Schreiber worked with Bain Capital’s private equity group and with Brookside Capital, Bain Capital’s public equity affiliate, overseeing investments in business services, media, and software companies. From 1996 through 1998, Mr. Schreiber was a strategy consultant with Bain & Company. Mr. Schreiber has also served in operating roles. In 2002 and 2003 he was Vice President, Operations at Thor Technologies, a Bain Capital portfolio company. Mr. Schreiber serves on the boards of directors of PDR Network and Captive Resources. Mr. Schreiber received M.Eng. and S.B. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
