Michael C Kempner

Michael Coleman Kempner is a Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, Principal, and Managing Partner at KS Management Corp. He is responsible for business development, client service, and marketing. Prior to this, Mr. Kempner was a Risk Arbitrage Analyst at Kaufman Alsberg & Co., Dillon Read & Co., and Prudential-Bache Securities. He began his career at Bear Stearns & Company. Mr. Kempner received the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation in 2008. He holds an M.B.A. degree from Columbia Business School and an A.B. degree from Harvard College.
