Cynthia Linton

Cynthia has been an adjunct instructor in Medill School of Journalism master's degree program at Northwestern University since 1993. Before that she spent 20 years as a reporter and editor in the community newspaper business. A veteran of the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960s, she joined with the Illinois Ethnic Coalition as editor of the original "Ethnic Handbook,' published in 1997, and "Ultimate Directory of Ethnic Organizations and Media" in 2000.
