Carlos Curbelo is a former US Representative from Florida. Born in Miami on March 1, 1980, he is the son of Cuban exiles. He holds a BA and MA in public Administration from the University of Miami. Carlos is better known for creating, with colleague Congressman from FL, Ted Deutch, the bipartisan 'Climate Solutions Caucus' in the House. Also, in July 2018, he became the first Republican in nearly a decade to propose legislation on enacting a carbon tax to address the climate change.
