Martha R Ingram

Mrs. Ingram is the Chairman of the Board of Ingram Industries Inc. and served as Chief Executive Officer of Ingram Industries from May 1996 to June 1999. Ingram Industries is a Nashville, Tennessee company with four operating divisions: Ingram Marine Group, which consists of Ingram Barge Company and Ingram Materials Company, Ingram Book Group, Lightning Source Inc. and Ingram Digital Group. Mrs. Ingram previously served as our Chairman of the Board from May 1996 to August 1996. She serves as Chairman of the Board of Trust of Vanderbilt University and recently served on the Boards of Directors of Weyerhaeuser Company and Regions Financial Corporation.
