Mr. Gregory B. Jordan, also known as Greg, has been General Counsel and Head of Regulatory & Government Affairs at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc since October 15, 2013. Mr. Jordon has been Executive Vice President at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. since October 2013. Mr. Jordon served as Chairman and Managing Partner at Reed Smith LLP until October 15, 2013. Mr. Jordan led counsel for Bank of America in national class actions involving its common trust fund conversions, and has tried and argued a number of significant cases in those fields. He has been with Reed Smith since 1984. Mr. Jordon previously served as the Director of Legal Personnel and the Director of Practice Development. During his tenure as Managing Partner, Reed Smith has completed a series of combinations in London, California, New York and Washington to become one of the 25 largest firms in the world, with approximately 1,000 lawyers. He is chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bethany College. He serves as a Director of Reed Smith LLP. He serves on the boards of Highmark Inc., the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, the Global Business Coalition on Education, and the Extra Mile Foundation. In 2003, The American Lawyer named him one of the country’s top 45 lawyers under 45. His practice involves primarily banking and financial services litigation, securities and derivative litigation, trade secrets litigation, and media and first amendment litigation. He received his bachelor's degree from Bethany College. Mr. Jordan graduated with a J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1984.
