John D Murnane

Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto is pleased to announce that John D. Murnane has joined the firm as a partner as of May 27, 2003. Mr. Murnane majored in premedical studies at the University of Notre Dame where he received a B.S., cum laude, in 1975. He obtained his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 1979. Following graduation, Mr. Murnane served as an associate and then a partner in the New York intellectual property firm Brumbaugh, Graves, Donohue & Raymond. When that firm subsequently merged with Baker & Botts LLP, he became a partner at Baker & Botts LLP. He and his family live in Millwood, N.Y., located in Westchester County.
