Universal Wood Inc. executive, adjunct professor
Lee B. Thomas, Jr. currently serves as executive in residence in the Rubel School. He also has been chair- man of Universal Woods, Inc. in Louisville since 1993. Previously, he served as president and CEO of Vermont American Corporation from 1962 until 1984, and as chairman of the board from 1984 until the company was sold in 1989. Thomas graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Yale University’s engineering school.
