Holly Parsons

Holly Parsons is a Group Assets Protection Team Leader for the Target Corporation. Holly oversees and is responsible for protecting Target’s team members and guests, protecting Target’s profits through shortage and theft reduction, and protecting Target’s reputation through crisis management by partnering with law enforcement and other emergency management organizations. Holly’s geographical area of responsibility consists of 62 Target stores stretching from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area through southern Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. These 62 stores consist of nearly 3 billion dollars of annual sales, about 13,000 Target team members, and approximately 54 million guests annually. Holly received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. During Holly’s time outside of work she spends most of her time with her husband and two boys. As a former collegiate soccer player, Holly also loves sports. She is a huge footfall fan, and spends time snowmobiling in the winter and enjoying her horses year round.
