Ryan Spangler

Ryan C. Spangler is director of government relations at the Monument Policy Group. He joined the firm in June 2007 and assists in the development and coordination of government relations efforts. In 2003, Spangler spent a semester interning in the office of Senator Biden. While serving as an intern, Spangler attended hearings, assisted with daily press operations, and performed research for the chief of staff. Spangler graduated from Penn State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics.
