Brian Fitzgerald has been actively engaged in public policy issues before Congress and the executive branch for over 25 years in a broad range of issue areas, including but not limited to, antitrust, environment, energy, intellectual property, trade, tax, finance, civil and criminal justice reform, securities and telecommunications. In addition to his public policy experience, Brian has extensive experience in the congressional oversight and investigative process. He also counsels clients on federal election, lobbying registration and reporting, and ethics laws. Prior to entering private practice, Brian served on the staff of the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary.
