Beliveau-Dunn is the head of Claridad, a digital and Internet of Things (IoT) consulting company. Previously, she was VP and general manager of services for Cisco Systems Inc. During her 22-year career at Ciusco, she established Cisco's internet business solutions group. She serves on the board of Xylem Inc. and was named by Women Inc. as one of the Most Influential Corporate Directors in 2018. Jeanne Beliveau-Dunn is vice president and general manager of the Business Enablement and Strategy team within Cisco Services. In this role, she leads Learning@Cisco, Technical Services strategy and operations, and the Center of Excellence for innovation, globalization, and commercialization. Beliveau-Dunn is a recognized expert and award-winning executive on workforce education, the social enterprise, cloud and software-as-a-service, collaboration software, and knowledge systems. In 2008, Beliveau-Dunn brought the first social education system in the industry to market, the Cisco Learning Network. Learning@Cisco recruits, trains, and develops IT talent to meet the fast-changing needs of Cisco, its customers, and partners. Under the leadership of Beliveau-Dunn, Learning@Cisco has grown from a $60 million annual business into a $245 million education service that leads the industry in growth, profits, and thought leadership. Cisco career certifications, including CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE, are recognized as the industry’s finest, with more than 2 million individuals trained in over 200 countries. In her first role of her 18-year career at Cisco, Beliveau-Dunn created the Cisco channels sales team and strategic alliances program for global markets. Later, she also created the Internet Business Solutions Group (IBSG), a consulting team working with Cisco’s largest customers around the globe. Before joining Cisco, Beliveau-Dunn spent five years as vice president and general manager for Micronics/Diamond computers. There she built the company from a struggling startup to a $300 million business before it was sold. Beliveau-Dunn serves on advisory boards for CareerBuilder, the Technical Services Industry Association (TSIA), and California State University, Chico. She also leads Cisco’s Internet of Everything board on talent and education. She is an active member of Habitat for Humanity and Help One Child.
