Theodore Anastos

Son of the late John H. Anastos and Vasso (Manolopoulou) Anastos. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Dr. Maximi Bournia Anastos. Cherished brother of Angelica A. Baimas of Hingham and Takis Anastos of Deltona, Florida, as well as the late Elaine A. Crosby and Maria A. Doukas. Proud graduate of Cambridge public schools, Harvard College, and Harvard Law School. Before private practice as an attorney in the Boston area, served as an economist at the War Labor Board and an attorney with the Public Housing Administration in Washington, DC and in Boston. Many years of civic service, including past President of the Cambridge Zoning Board, involvement in local and state Democratic party politics, and adviser and director at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education. Supported and participated in many cultural and charitable organizations, including board membership at The Greek Institute in Cambridge. Long-time member of the Taxiarchae Greek Orthodox Church in Watertown.
