Mark W. Flynn formed Trilogy Capital Partners, a Menlo Park, California-based merchant banking firm in 1997. Prior to forming Trilogy, Mr. Flynn spent twelve years in investment banking with Salomon Brothers and Volpe, Brown & Whelan. During his investment-banking career Mr. Flynn primarily worked with technology and health care companies. At Salomon Brothers he was responsible for the Global Software and Internet investment banking activities. Previously he worked for Arthur Young and Company in the High Technology practice and completed the CPA requirements. Mr. Flynn previous served as a Regent at St. John’s University and as Chairman of The Preserve Company. He is also a Board member of the DAPER Fund at Stanford University as well as a number of privately held companies. He is a graduate of Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota and Harvard Business School.
