Sandra Farber

Ms. Farber has been Vice Chairman of ICC Industries Inc., Frutarom’s major shareholder, since 2007 and served as Vice President of Human Resources at ICC Industries Inc. from 2000 to 2007. She serves as a Director of ICC Trading Inc., Dover Chemical Corporation and Primex Plastics Corporation. Ms. Farber received Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 1986.
