Ken Diekroeger is a Managing Director of Golden Gate Capital. He has been investing as a private equity professional in a variety of industries since 1990. At Golden Gate Capital, Mr. Diekroeger focuses on consumer products, financial services, electronics and semiconductor equipment. Prior to Golden Gate Capital, Mr. Diekroeger was a managing director at American Industrial Partners, which led operationally-intensive, industrial buyouts. Early in his career, he invested in numerous consumer product companies while at The Shansby Group. He started his career as a strategy consultant at Bain and Company. Mr. Diekroeger received his BS in Industrial Engineering (where he graduated first in his engineering class) and his MBA (Arjay Miller Scholar) at Stanford University.
