Alexandra Field

Alexandra Field is a correspondent for CNN/U.S., based in New York City. Field previously served as a reporter for WHDH-TV, the NBC affiliate in Boston. Field also spent time as a general assignment reporter and anchor of the 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. newscasts for WWNY TV 7, the CBS affiliate in northern New York and southeast Ontario. During her time at WWNY, Field was recognized for her reporting with a Syracuse Press Club Award and also received an award from the Associated Press for her outstanding spot news coverage. She holds a dual bachelor's degree in history and French from Hamilton College and a master's degree in journalism from the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.
