Anna Coren is an award-winning international correspondent for CNN International, based at the network's Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong. She joined CNN in 2008 as an anchor and has made the transition to roving international correspondent. Prior to joining CNN in 2008, Coren held a variety of positions at broadcasters in Australia, most notably at the Seven Network's national current affairs program "Today Tonight." In 2006, she was the network's U.S. correspondent based in Los Angeles. Coren began her career with Australia's Nine Network as a reporter and presenter. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Australia's Charles Sturt University.
