Krista Stark. Ms. Stark, a Founding Partner of The Normandy Group, brings over a decade of legislative experience to the firm. Ms. Stark represents several corporate clients on legislative matters. Prior to creating The Normandy Group, Ms. Stark worked for Congressman Sensenbrenner, Jr., who served as Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee as well as the Chairman of the House Science Committee. Specifically Ms. Stark served as Legislative Director for Congressman Sensenbrenner, Jr. and managed a diverse set of legislative issues from matters related to the Judiciary and Science Committees and transportation, agriculture, energy and appropriations issues. Ms. Stark has consistently been able to take constituent, and now client, ideas and formulate them into legislation. Ms. Stark has successfully work with the House Leadership and the Senate to turn this legislation into law. Ms. Stark’s experience, dedication and hard work have led to many successes for The Normandy Group’s clients, both large and small. Ms. Stark has been able to secure important legislative provision for clients including matters related to immigration, an airline stabilization measure right after 9/11, “pretexting” legislation, and federal employee retirement provisions. Ms. Stark was also instrumental in securing appropriations funding for clients. Ms. Stark has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Master of Arts in Political Science from Marquette University.
