Henry DiCarlo

Mr. DiCarlo, resident in Boston, has over 30 years of diverse experience in all facets of organizational security, safety, claims administration, investigations, loss prevention, training, and risk management. Mr. DiCarlo gained his extensive experience in security and loss prevention serving a range of retail and apparel industry sectors and clients. Mr. DiCarlo has served as the head of corporate security for both New Balance Shoes and Stride Rite Corporation. He has also served as a security and training professional with the Massachusetts Safety Council, Filenes, Northeast Apparel, Foxmoor Casuals and First Security Services during his lengthy career. He has been responsible for developing comprehensive loss prevention programs, including policies, procedures and training for such areas as workplace violence prevention, C-TPAT compliance, training, crisis management, asset protection, security awareness training, OSHA compliance, international workplace safety and security, and insurance claim management and investigations. Mr. DiCarlo is in the process of obtaining his Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts. He has a Masters degree in Management from Cambridge College as well as B.S. and A.S. degrees in Private Security from Northeastern University. He is a member of numerous industry associations, including the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), the International Cargo Security Council (ICSC), the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) as well as a past board member for the Massachusetts Safety Council and longtime Vice Chairman of the Health Care Services Board, Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents.
