Jeffrey A Fromm

Jeff Fromm is a partner in the boutique Silicon Valley-founded law firm, VLP Law Group LLP. Mr. Fromm represents emerging and growth-stage technology companies, product and service businesses, and investment groups. He has experience both in the U.S. and globally with private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing and distribution arrangements, executive employment and compensation arrangements, and general corporate issues. Mr. Fromm has substantial experience in four particular areas: education technology companies; cross-border transactions involving companies and investors in Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia; Israeli technology companies, both in Israel and the U.S.; and benefit corporations ("B corps"). Mr. Fromm served as Vice Chairman and General Counsel of Quadrant-Amroq Bottling Company Limited (the exclusive Pepsi bottler for Romania), and founder and President of KnowledgeQuest Ventures LLC, a financial advisory and management consulting firm serving the education industry. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Quadrant European Beverages Limited (the exclusive Pepsi bottler for Bulgaria). Mr. Fromm received his B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from the University at Albany, his J.D. from New York University School of Law, and his M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He currently also serves as a Member of the Alpine Planning Board in Alpine, New Jersey.
