Attorney Peter N. Tamposi represents debtors, debtors in possession and trustees in all aspects of reorganization and liquidation, including pre-petition negotiations with secured creditors, negotiation of prepackaged plans, workouts, restructuring and forbearance agreements. Attorney Tamposi specializes in small business reorganization under Chapter 11. Prior to opening his own firm, Peter N. Tamposi was a partner in the Financial Restructuring Group of Nixon Peabody, LLP, an international law firm. A member of the American Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute and the New Hampshire Bar Association, Attorney Tamposi also serves on the board of directors of the Nashua Children’s Home, the Nashua Education Foundation and the Nashua Chamber of Commerce. Attorney Tamposi is also an adjunct professor in Bankruptcy Law at Franklin Pierce Law Center, where he teaches bankruptcy law.
