Mark White serves as Vice President of Merchandising Services for The Home Depot in Atlanta, GA. In his role he leads a team of more than 15,000 associates to deliver in-store merchandising solutions that drive sales, enable speed and create value for the stores, suppliers and shoppers. Mark joined The Home Depot in 2011, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in retail services and consumer packaged goods. After graduating from the University of Florida, he began his career with The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G), and during his 10 years with P&G held positions in marketing, finance, manufacturing, and field sales. He left P&G as Category Sales Manager, Dish Care Category, to join Acosta Sales and Marketing Company as General Manager. Mark was subsequently promoted to Vice President, and later to Senior Vice President, Customer Business Development. He held leadership positions in two of Acosta’s subsidiary companies, MatchPoint Marketing and Enable Technologies, before taking on the role of Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. In 2008, Mark left Acosta to serve as President, North America for Mosaic. Based in Dallas, Mosaic provides sales and merchandising, experiential marketing and interactive marketing to brands like Coca-Cola, Kraft, Microsoft, Walt Disney, and Apple. Mark earned his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Florida, and his MBA from the University of Central Florida. Mark currently serves on the national Board of Directors for Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger relief organization.
