As the Executive Vice President of Lender and Structured Products for Radian Guaranty, Scott Theobald is responsible for fostering new business and product development, as well as pricing and reporting, for all fee-based business opportunities. In addition, Mr. Theobald will continue to oversee loss management. Mr. Theobald joined Radian in 1997 as director of costing analytics, most recently serving as chief risk officer of Radian Guaranty. He was appointed vice president, structured transactions in 1999 and vice president, enterprise risk in 2002. Prior to joining Radian, Mr. Theobald served several years at Freddie Mac in various analyst positions in the company's financial research department and multifamily division. Mr. Theobald holds a bachelor's degree in international studies from the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater and a master's degree in economics from the University of South Florida.
