Gary Flowers

Gary has twenty years of technology experience, with the first ten years focused on helping different clients in a technology consulting role and the last ten holding executive technology management positions across different industries. Gary has served as the CIO of Zero Chaos since 2012. Gary is responsible for using technology and process as an enabler for the current and future client, supplier and contractor base. Gary has a combined onshore and offshore team that is used to stream line product delivery and internal operations, while supporting explosive corporate growth. Prior to taking the position at Zero Chaos Gary served as the CIO of Bisk Education and U.S. New University Connection, an online education service provider. Gary was responsible for onshore and offshore personnel that support all technology and product for all divisions of Bisk Education. Prior to joining Bisk Gary held management positions with consulting firms Arthur Andersen, Business Consulting and Tribridge. Gary also was the Director of Information Technology for TMP Worldwide.

Gary received his Bachelor of Science in Management and Information Systems from Florida State University and an Executive Master of Business Administration Certificate from Tulane University. Gary has spoken at many seminars on topics such as Business Intelligence and Proving IT Value by Improving Performance Metrics.
