David Santillanes

David is President of D. Lark, Inc. a franchisee of McDonald’s Corporation operating 10 Seattle area McDonald’s restaurants. David is also President of the Western Washington McDonald’s Owner Operators Association. He has also served on the board of the Travel Industry Association of America and the board of advisors to the US Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Tourism. David is the former chairman of the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a member of the Washington State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Seattle Association. David earned his Master’s in Public Administration from the University of New Mexico and his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Albuquerque.
