Michael Tannenbaum

Michael is a founding partner of Tannenbaum Helpern where he heads the firm's Financial Services, Private Funds and Investment Management Group. He regularly advises US and cross border clients on private funds, hedge funds and private equity arrangements, among others. Michael is an active member of the American Bar Association and International Bar Association.
