William Taggart

Will is a Tax Partner in the New York Office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is also the firm's Global and U.S. Tax Asset Management Leader. Will specializes in the structural and operational aspects of domestic and offshore private investment partnerships, and other alternative investment products, as well as the tax aspects of complex derivative instruments and investment strategies.
