Basil is a Partner and Chair of the Financial Services Practice Group at Winston & Strawn LLP. Basil concentrates his practice on representing companies in the asset management industry with a wide variety of regulatory and transactional matters. Basil regularly counsels investment managers with respect to structuring and operating hedge funds and other collective investment vehicles.
