Ms. Amochaev lives in Sonoma County, California, and pursues a variety of business and personal interests. She retired from full time executive management in 1997, and has served on the boards of NASD listed companies QRS Corporation, Symantec Corporation, Walker Interactive; the boards of privately held ems, NetTest and Prescient. Amochaev joined QRS Corporation (NASDAQ - QRSI) as its President in 1992 and served as CEO from 1993 to 1997. Amochaev came to QRS from Natural Language, Inc.(NLI), where she served as CEO and Chairman from 1988 to 1992. From 1984 through 1987, Amochaev was CEO and Chairman at Comserv, Inc., a NASDAQ traded manufacturing software company. Prior to Comserv, from 1970 to 1984, Amochaev worked at Control Data Corporation, in a variety of management positions, lastly as International Vice President of Scientific Information Services. Amochaev holds a B.A. in Mathematics from U.C. Berkeley (1970), and an M.S. in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business (1977)
