Adam Millsap is a research fellow for the State and Local Policy Project at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Adam has conducted research on urban development and growth, population trends, and federal and local urban public policy. His writing has appeared on Real Clear Policy, Real Clear Markets, and FEE Online. He has also written about economic policy for the Reason Foundation. Adam earned his PhD in economics from Clemson University and a BS in economics and a BA in comparative religion from Miami University.
