Brian Cooper is the Chief Financial Officer of Everyday Health. Brian joined the Company in 2003 when it had fewer than 15 employees. Brian brings deep operations and financial experience in the media and Internet industries to Everyday Health and during his tenure has been responsible for a wide range of growth areas for the Company. Today, Brian oversees investor relations, finance, corporate and strategic development, legal and business affairs, human resources, and the Company's business intelligence and data operations. Prior to Everyday Health, Brian's career included a mix of corporate and entrepreneurial experiences, including services as an Audit Partner in KPMG's Information, Communications, and Entertainment practice, and as Vice President of Finance for Interfilm, Inc., an early-stage publicly-held company that produced and distributed video games. Brian was cited by Silicon Alley Reporter as one of 100 top Internet industry leaders for three years in a row beginning in 1996 and was a founding board member and treasurer of M.O.U.S.E., a non-profit organization formed to be a catalyst for the integration of technology and learning in New York City public schools. Brian is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School's Executive Development Program and American University, where he earned a BS degree in Business Administration.
