Patrick Phillips

As Senior Vice President and Director of Operations for The Habitat Company, Patrick Phillips supervises the preventative maintenance of properties and the training of maintenance personnel. He is also responsible for special renovation, construction, and maintenance projects at our properties. Before joining The Habitat Company, Mr. Phillips was the property manager for the Corporetum Management Company. Mr. Phillips is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and Coyne American Institute. He also holds advanced certifications from the Building Owners and Managers Association International. Additional qualifications include a licensed stationary engineer and mason contractor from the city of Chicago, and a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Illinois.
