Lars Dalgaard

Lars Dalgaard is a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz.. With 15 years of proven strategic and hands on operating and leadership experience, he has served as Adviser to SAP Cloud Business at SAP AG since June 1, 2013. and served as a Member of Executive Board at SAP AG, from April 12, 2012 to June 1, 2013. He worked in Europe, Asia and North America, as both Chief Executive Officer of a 350 person company and line manager. He co-founded Successfactors, Inc., a provider of state-of-the-art Business Execution Software solutions, in 2001 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President. He holds a BA in economics, psychology and consumer behavior from Copenhagen Business School and an MS from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was a Sloan Fellow.
