Ze’ev Goldberg is a 20-year veteran of Wall Street. He was a senior M&A banker at Lehman Brothers and is a Partner of Compass, which he helped create. Most of the nearly $100 billion in transactions that Mr. Goldberg was involved with took place in various sectors of the consumer products and technology industries. Some of the notable consumer products and technology companies with which Mr. Goldberg has worked include the Coca Cola Company, PepsiCo, Danone Group, Nestlé, Federated Department Stores, the Procter & Gamble Company, BMC Software, IBM, Iscar, Amdocs, and Nice Systems. Mr. Goldberg has collaborated with many of the leading global investors including Blackstone, TPG, Investcorp, Providence, T.H. Lee and others. He also served on the investment committee of Compass Partners European Equity Fund when it was raised. Mr. Goldberg is a graduate of Bryant College and a former officer in the Israeli Defense Forces.
