Leebern has worked with the Executive Branch and various federal agencies advocating policy issues, infrastructure projects and legislative priorities. Familiar with the federal and state legislative and regulatory processes, he has worked on a variety of projects with U.S. Senators, Congressmen, Congressional Committees, Governors' staffs, state regulatory agencies, and members of the state legislature to produce significant results for clients. An experienced political strategist, Leebern has managed winning U.S. Senate and U.S. House races and advised candidates and incumbents at all levels of government. For 10 years, he served as top political aide and Chief of Staff to former Congressman and current U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss (R-GA). In 2006, President George W. Bush appointed Leebern to serve on the President's Advisory Committee on the Arts at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
