Mr. Pope joined the company in 1976 and is experienced in the acquisition and financing of multifamily properties and commercial buildings. Mr. Pope structures joint venture opportunities with institutional capital and private capital for participation in Dolben sponsored investments in existing apartment communities and development projects. He is a past President of the Rental Housing Association of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB), a past Chairman of the GBREB Strategic Planning Committee, past President of the GBREB, a Board Member for the Appalachian Mountain Club, past Director of the Rotary Club of Boston and past Director of the Charles River YMCA. Mr. Pope has earned the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds a B.A. from Colby College.
