atrick A. Zlogar has been lobbying in New York State for 25 years. He began his career working in the financial services industry, where for 10 years he represented major lending institutions before New York State’s legislative and executive branches. Following his tenure in the financial services industry, Patrick began lobbying on behalf of clients from a range of different industries including energy, manufacturing, health care, higher education, and on-line commerce. Drawing upon his decades of experience in Albany, Pat has built a stellar reputation for successfully guiding clients through the changing legislative, political and regulatory environment in New York State and its political subdivisions. In addition to his lobbying efforts, Patrick has managed grassroots lobbying strategies, administered political action committees, and served as a key liaison with corporate and non-profit executives to guide government initiatives. Mr. Zlogar received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College and his Masters Degree in Public Administration at Pennsylvania State University. He and his wife, Cindy, have three children and reside in Clifton Park, NY.
